What a day looks like
Real challenges from the rotation. Small enough to do tonight, hard enough that you will notice.
Parenting
Let them help, badly
The job takes twice as long and comes out crooked. Let it. Don't redo it where they can see.
Home & Partnership
Speak well of them when they're not there
No venting about your partner to friends or family today. If their name comes up, say something true and good.
Self-Mastery
Sit with a hard feeling for ten minutes
No phone, no drink, no errand to escape into. Let it be there and notice it doesn't kill you.
How it works
One challenge a day
Eighty challenges rotating across the four pillars. Everyone gets the same one on the same day — no algorithm, no picking the easy one.
Check in when it's done
A note about how it went, a photo if you want. Both optional. Takes ten seconds.
Tiers, not rankings
Squire, then Knight at a seven-day streak, then Guardian at thirty. Measured against your own record and nobody else's. There is no leaderboard, by design.
Better with your men than alone
Create a Circle, share the invite code with your group, and your feed becomes the men in it. Nobody gets scored. But when a man goes quiet for a week, somebody notices — which is the entire point of doing this with other people.
What you write stays in your Circle. Check-ins are visible only to you and the men you share a Circle with — enforced by the database, not just hidden in the app. Not in a Circle? Then only you can see them.
Nobody is watching. That is exactly why it counts.
